I called twice and emailed once this week asking that this appointment be cancelled. During both phone calls your representatives, Rebecca and Tehoa, assured me this appointment was scheduled in error and the mistake would be corrected. I signed up for QUARTERLY service, not monthly, and my yard has been treated and my credit card charged THREE times in a less than a three month period. I did not authorize this frequency of charges on my credit card and I want an immediate refund. I am extremely unhappy with your service and your customer support. Please confirm in writing that this charge will be immediately refunded to my credit card.

Jason, the technician was wonderful and provided excellent service, including detailed explanation of what he was doing and what to expect going forward. He also promised to put a note on my file instructing future technicians to come through my garage door. While I am happy with the service provided by Jason, the back office administrative support is deficient. I am a new customer who requested a follow up visit. The technician did not show up as scheduled. I called the company and dealt with an operator in Utah (while I am in Maryland). She could not reach the technician assigned to do my home. I have some pool floaties in the backyard patio and I did not appreciate how the tech just threw them around. Also, I have been wanting to cancel since I have had the most bugs come inside the home ever since I started Aptive
