Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

He did a very good job of spraying where we had ask. He said it might take more than one application. Thank you.

Our technician did a great and thorough job and we appreciate his help!
Our technician was very nice today, although we could not locate the yellow jackets that we have seen around the chimney. He sprayed and explained to me that we need to add soil over the original nest to make sure they not return. This evening we found another place where the yellow jackets are on the deck, and I need to call for a return check.
He is definitely one of your better technicians. I would make sure to keep this one...
Jordan was very customer oriented he called me when he arrived at my house and let me know he was there and I showed him where we were having the ongoing issues with the ants. He explained what he was going to do and that it should take care of the problem and let me know if that didn't take care of it to let them know.
Mike did an excellent job, asked about the bug issues around the house and used specific products to address them. He was experienced and knowledgeable and took the time to discuss the problems and resolutions. This was a much better service visit than the prior re-service, where that tech seemed to want to just spray and leave quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Aptive if all the service visits were like this. So the five star is for Mike, whereas some other techs may get two stars. The Aptive phone systems is also poor, takes a long time (> 30 minutes) to speak with someone to reschedule a service or add special requests to an upcoming service.
Technician was polite and attentive to my needs. Arrived ahead of time (that's rare for most company's service calls). Explained what he would be doing. Proceeded quickly and unobtrusively.
Tammy was the best exterminator we have had to the house. Very thorough and informative. I will be continuing my service as long as the techs you send out next are to the same caliber.
Dee did a great job. He was professional, clean and neat, efficient, courteous, helpful, respectful, and all around good guy.
