Excellent service! Initial appointment was scheduled for the day following request for service. Products used were odor-free and quickly applied. Tech was courteous and confidently answered my questions.

I give 4 stars because the inside of our home remains untreated at my request. When we clear up my misunderstanding, I would gladly give 5 stars. 5 stars go to Mitchell Jayson for going beyond what was needed outside. He sprayed the entire brick patio not just 3 feet from the house. He also explained the procedures, how they work around temperatures, even if an unscheduled follow up is necessary. That is commitment. This company also practices non-crewl methods of riding mice in your home. So stick paper traps where the animal chews it's feet off to get free is unacceptable. Also, traps are not used where mice cannibalize themselves.

Technician did not fulfill expectations of spraying inside the home. He sprayed on the outside and put down two sticky traps and a trap outside. Definitely wasn't satisfied with his work. He was in and out within 10 minutes or less. Not a very good job.

The Aptive Technician, (Allen Miller) provided me with very helpful information about the free services available if the pests should return before the next scheduled spraying.
