This is the second service that my wife brought to my attention that you guys have never came in the backyard to do service. I may have a gate but its always been open and all you have to do is lift the latch. Please address this accordingly.... Thank you very much.

I asked to have the inside treated as well, but did not hear from him, and I was in the house. Thank you for doing the outside. My tech, who did tell me his name, but I forget what it was, was very professional and courteous. I would certainly welcome him back as tech.
The technician arrived within the appointment window scheduled. When I checked on him, I found him using a brush applicator on my eaves for bee's and wasps I suppose. He seemed to do a thorough job outside.
When he finished outside, he came in and treated all the areas I was concerned about, the basement for crickets and spiders, the kitchen for spiders, and the upstairs master bath for spiders.
Overall, he did exemplary work. The only thing that he should have done differently was that after tromping through the wet, muddy areas outside, he did not put booties on his shoes and he tracked dirt and grass throughout my house. I'm still cleaning it up.
