Great courteous service. The technician was prompt and explained everything. Very thorough and detailed on his treatment and application.
I did not get my technicians name but his service on Tuesday 9/29/2020 was very thorough and he did a good job. I appreciated his attentiveness and politeness.
Your representative, Nick, was great 👍🏽. He was personable, professional and thorough in the treating of the outdoor and indoor areas of my property. He took the extra step in checking the little “critter traps” and advised of his finding which really gave me peace of mind that ‘pest’ were under control. Great job Aptive and Nick! 👍🏽

He was very professional and efficient on the job that he performed.
The technician was asked to treat the inside of the house. He used a sprayer that clearly wasn't designed for indoor use as there were puddles of water in the window sills and along the floor boards. He also sprayed the carpet going down the stairs which was expensive wool carpet which now is discolored. I had to go around the basement and wipe up all the windows that were sprayed and the floor, which he was only supposed to spray the sliding door! Absolutely ridiculous.
Outside was not done well either, still cobwebs in my front entry way.

Last week My service was done by Jarrell mills, and he did a fantastic job. I would say the best of any technician we have had so far. A complete job well done.
No Service was conducted due to the wrong equipment. I specifically requested to use a power hose for the service not the backpack pump hose. I know it's a busy season for pest control, but the company also needs to understand the busy customer schedule. Likewise, customer service on the phone needs to understand a situation like this. A little friendly approach will help a lot to an unsatisfied customer.
