Our technician was very friendly and helpful! We've had an ant issue on our deck and he did a special treatment for us, which we really appreciated! He was very professional and accommodating - we've been very pleased with the service and look forward to sharing our positive experience with friends and neighbors!

Wyatt sure did a magnificent job in responding to our concerns and addressing them. He made sure that he didn't leave until we were totally satisfied with what was of concern to us. Plus he's a wonderful young man, courteous, professional and not in a rush to leave for his next job.

Very kind helpful and professional. He is an excellent technician. He was very helpful and explained what he would be doing and why.
I was at my home all day. No Aptive Representative came to my Dior or left me any note or indications that my home had been serviced. I inspected the ground around my home for indications of insecticide having been sprayed, and saw no evidence that anyone had been here at all.
A day or two earlier, there was an Aptive truck parked two doors down from my house, apparently indicating that home was being serviced, but no one came to my home that day either.
If Aptive can’t do a better job of making sure it’s customers are in fact being serviced, and making each customer have confidence and trust that the work is being done, I won’t be interested in continuing my relationship.

It started that he did back yard and front yard, this is untrue and I had to ask him to spray along the front of the back patio brick, had to show him the cob web under the front patio seat. We had 3 mouse or critter boxes in garage, he’s said really, I mean where else did it come from, then he examined all 3 like a minute each, not sure what he was looking for.
Michael did a great job. Explained everything.
Haven’t seen a spider since. Great job!!
