I am still not confident the voles are gone. They really do their damage in the winter when u can’t see them. We had tunnels all over our yard last spring and they destroyed our small shrubs and many plant roots ... and grass roots. I can’t tell u where they are now. It seems to me the whole yard has to be treated or they’ll move to an untreated area.
Jahmiere Deas was very professional and explained today's treatment. I asked about spiders since I saw that they are not listed under the bugs the treatment would control. He explained that spiders are difficult which I can understand since they need to be sprayed directly. Jahmiere is a gentleman and an asset to your company.
The service was not provided. He showed up at the door and then disappeared without doing the work. I had asked him if he could spray my garage too and he said ok. I was waiting for him in the garage so I could show him where I wanted him to spray. Few minutes later I went to check where he was, he was already gone. 2 hours later, I was charged for a service that was not provided. This is horrible.
Mike did a nice job today at my home. He listened to my concerns and completed the job treating the areas which I was concerned about the most.
