The technician is the most thorough technician that comes to our house. He takes time with his work, and always requests access to our pool area so he can service it. Thank you for doing excellent work each time!
I am very pleased with the level of service received today. Although they had to comeback to re-spray, he was extremely attentive to the problem at hand. He also had to come inside the house and he used booties to cover up his shoes, which I am extremely happy about and that was without me saying anything to him. This is exemplary service!!
Max is the only technician came to take the nest at the roof down after several re service by other guys and carefully treated all other spots
John wagener was great. I would highly recommend him. Sprayed all over and helped to get rid of voles.
Ryan did a good job. He arrived early (he called first to make sure it was okay), and was friendly and professional.
I requested to have my house reserviced multiple times without any reservice happening. After calling and complaining I was scheduled another reservice to spray for bees and ants, as well as to place rodent boxes that were promised 4 months ago. The service technician was pleasant and I asked specifically when she called if she additionally would be placing rodent boxes in addition to the other service which she confirmed she was. After leaving (I was not home) I received an email saying rodent boxes were placed, but indicating no other service performed for the bees and ants in the backyard.
First, its very interesting how the rating will not let me select anything but 4.5 starts! My review is NOT 5 STARS! Nevertheless...Technician was friendly and very professional. However, service was incomplete. (Not his fault) I called and scheduled service for indoor treatment of ants. Technician was not aware of this. Only treated perimeter of house & yard. Very confused as to why treatment was not scheduled correctly. The representative was aware that the issue was inside the home and that was what I was needing. I called customer service to voice my concern. He was also confused why service was scheduled this way. Stated someone will be back Monday to treat inside.. Unacceptable! Tod...Read More
Techs showed up on time. Everything was explained well. Service performed and contract executed at agreed upon price.

Aptive is a well-run company and we are always happy with their service. Our latest technician, Nathan, was very polite and thorough, and he did a great job communicating with us. We love that we can call at anytime if we need a re-service.
