Richard was very helpful and friendly, and he seemed more knowledgeable than other Aptive or Batzner Pest Control staff I had the chance to speak with at prior service calls. He was both thorough and efficient. My yard is still overrun with tunneling critters, and it’s driving me nuts, but I am hopeful this issue will be resolved soon, by virtue of my ipcoming Aptive visits!

Jeremy was very helpful, polite, respectful and informative. Aptive should not book so many appointments for each of their field reps. This was my 3rd attempt to have someone come out and he was the only one who made it w/in the window. In my experience, Aptive is not great about keeping appointments because they book too many in one day in one time frame. The company needs to do a better job at managing appointments.

Angel did a great job of servicing my home today. He went above and beyond to check for places where bugs can enter. He also replaced some of the pest control old glue pads that I had with new Aptive branded ones :-) Appreciate his time and effort spent today.

showed up, and asked if i had any worry areas. mentioned some ant mounds i had seen in front yard. some ant trains near brick of the house. i went back to my room to grab my phone, and by the time i got back to front he had left. i dont think he did any work at all.
