I didn’t like how he wore his dirty shoes into the house and I feel like the service isn’t the same. The tech didn’t bother to sweep the webs and he did a lot of over spray around the base boards of the house. I think I’m going to look into another company.

Delorna Brown was professional, friendly and efficient. She asked me about the results of my treatments to date to make sure I had no insect problems. She called me ahead of time to make sure I would be home for the treatment. She is a great Aptive team member!

I do not get how the service was done ? there was supposed to be appointment when you meet me face 2 Face and 1) Spray inside the house 2) Talk about Rodents
