He didn’t call ahead like they always do to let us know he’s on his way and to put our pets away. He called while he was here and I was in the shower. He only sprayed the front, didn’t check the back traps or spray the back at all.

Did not complete service. My appointment was an absurd 4 hour window of 8-12. I was home until 11:55, unless he finally got there in the last 5 minutes before noon he did not show up.
