So helpful and informative! I felt he was really listening to me and tried to make sure he was covering all my needs. A big plus for me is he had no qualms working where my sheep were, as they are quite docile. A great experience!

Our rep came out today and was extremely attentive to our needs. He took extra care and time around the perimeter of our home. He also came into our home to check the areas of concern. He also took the time to explain what he did and the effort was extremely appreciated.

The tech was efficient and did a very good job. I asked that he do the inside windows of the garage which he did. He also went around and wiped around bas the last step. In all I am very satisfied.

I am dissappointed with our last service. Our technician had a spill in our driveway and did not report it on his report to me of what he did at our house. We came home to find white residue all over the driveway not knowing what it was. I had to contact Aptive directly and they contacted the technician who confirmed it was a spill and the residue was the absorbent used to help clean up. If there was a spill at my house, I would expect that to be reported in the technicians report. Also, would it not be beneficial to equip the technicians with the proper tools for the job should there be a spill?
