John did a great job, as Aptive always does. I judge by the absence of pests in my house, virtually zero since I've engaged Aptive services. Today, John rang the bell to let me know that he was starting, asked whether I needed any inside service, and then went about his business. I love the fact that the service is non-intrusive and, most of all, effective!

Excellent service all three times I was visited. I have not had even one bug since the first Aptive application. I told a friend about the great service I received and they will most likely contact Aptive to have their home serviced next year. I’m sure I will want your service next year. The folks who actually serviced my house were more than congenial.

He didn't have enough chemical to finish treatments for fire ants. He left one of the gates wide open, so our dogs got out. This is the second time the gate has been left open by one of your employees. Also, I had called in last week and requested he treat for hornets, and that was not done according to the follow up report. This service has to improve or I will be canceling.
