I spoke to customer service 30minute prior to staff arrival SPECIFICALLY expressing the the inside and outside of home be treated
Inside was not treated. Time consuming to wait for Active when the job is never done correctly . Also was told granules would be used as treatment to yard. None were used. Only sprayed . I 🤦♀️🤷🏻♀️👀
Listened to concerns and took extra time to address them. Great service. Friendly and attentive.
No service was accomplished on this visit. Cory had called me twice before arriving but did not call me when he got there and could not go in. If he had called, or said something to the person who answered the door we could have rectified situation. Even though I had given this information I am not sure it was passed on to technician; this is a duplex with tenants in it. Both tenants changed their schedule to be there today. Technician has to go into both sides. These are working people and it is not easy for them to accommodate changing schedules. Now they have to work out a way to have someone there on Weds. One phone call could have fixed this today.
Our technician, Kevin, did an excellent thorough job of servicing our home. I was not there at the time, but was able to speak to him through our Ring and watch his progress around our house. A very good job!

I asked for a technician to come and spray for ants and take care of them not only in the obvious nests but in the whole yard and bushes. He only spot treated the nests. Many of us were bitten this weekend as they are still living in bushes, grass, and hedges near where we socialize on the patio and near the pool.

The original technician who was scheduled on Friday from 3 to 6 called 10 minutes before 6 that he was on his way. We told him it was too late and would be too dark to do outside so need to reschedule. We did not like his reply which was another issue but we still said it was too late so unless it could be done Saturday we needed to rescheduled. He said he could do on Saturday at 8 in the morning so we accepted. On Saturday it was a few minutes before 10 with no prior usual 30 minute notification that they were on their way when technician showed up. I didn’t see Traddeus do any pest control on foundation, also didn’t ask us if we need do any internal pest control, we also let him check the mouse which we heard it scratch my house floor before he start his work, he said wait, but he go away directly without any check, we can see our back yard all the time when he doing work, we can see he just put something in the yard, didn’t see he do anything on foundation and also didn’t see he do anything else,I am very disappointed on his service, we need you arrange other person here to do pest control again as we feel almost nothing have done this time. Otherwise we refuse to pay for the fee
Jose Castillo has been our technician twice and we will continue to request him when service is needed. Jose did a wonderful job! We were very happy with his professionalism and how methodically he did his job.
