Alex arrived this morning for a follow up call due to our observing mice not only on the deck but in our kitchen!!!! He was once again very focused on the placing mouse traps throughout the questionable areas in the kitchen, lower crawl space, laundry room and placed a mouse box on the deck. He is an excellent representative of Aptive exterminating. Very pleasant, helpful, informative and even directed us concerning a call back to remove the "critters' that hopefully will be enticed to the 9 traps Alex placed. Hope he is available to make the return call. A+ for Alex.

Keith B. was awesome. He was well protected w/PPE on face and shoes. He thoroughly exterminated our home inside, outside and explained each treatment he was doing. He answered our concerns and questions about wasps and spiders during the winter. We would definitely like to have him as our technician again. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Leroy Steese was a wonderful technician. He went above and beyond and made sure all the webs were removed.
