My technician goes above and beyond to rectify any problems that we have. He very professional , knowledgeable and most of all personable. If I have a bug problem Aptive sends a technician out within 24 hrs
Our technician was very thorough and professional. It was almost dark when he arrived and had to have been a long day for him, but he was very nice and we noticed how he took the time to treat all areas very carefully! Awesome service!

Your technician, Charles Schriener, did a very sloppy job last week at my home!! He asked to borrow my water faucet and hose to fill his tank. When he first pulled out the water hose, he pulled the hose so hard that it knocked the enter fixture down. Thus, I knew at the time that he was not going to be careful with my equipment but I didn't say anything. After using it, he did not wind the water hose properly back into the fixture, left it on the ground, and somehow damaged the end of the water hose where the water sprays out. He waited for me to arrive home so that I could have him service inside my home and had the outdoor complete when I arrived. Manuel was very professional and friendly and did not rush through my servicing. He is definitely the professional technician that has made me happy with my choice to use Aptive Environmental. He was on time and left me a voicemail to let me know that he was on the way. Outstanding service !!

Clint provided excellent customer service while performing the quarterly service. He provided clear communication as to the service and also was very knowledgeable about the product he was dispensing. Overall, he seemed like a really good guy!
I was not home but my neighbor let her in to the garage so she could spray the perimeter. She always does a very good job!
