The service tech did great. He went above and beyond by taking care of a wasp nest in our tree that I didn't know was there. He stated his name, but I didn't write it down and had to join a Zoom meeting for work. Please pass along my thanks for the good work.

Cody Amundson did an amazing job. He was professional and courteous. More important, Cory did something no other Aptive technical has done: Returned my clipping bin to its original position. To prevent the clippings bin from being seen from the street, the bin is positioned in front of the side gate. It has to be pulled into the yard to open the gate. Previous technicians have left the bin sitting in the yard and visible from the street. But Cory was so conscientious that he pushed the bid back to where he originally found it. Cory deserves the bonus and MORE!

Carl was fantastic! This is the type of service I have been waiting for. He explained what he was going to do, he actually did it, and did it very thoroughly and then touch base with us when he was done. This has been my expectation from the beginning which I have not received until his visit. Now I am very pleased with Aptive as long as this continues
