I was unaware of the service and wanted both the inside and outside sprayed. I assume the outside was done. However, it is expected to rain today. Unfortunately the service will be money down the drain. Next time, I would appreciate a courtesy text and/ or voice message notification.
Have respiratory distress after this spray- significant sneezing, eyes red and watering, nose running, nasal passages irritated. Unable to sleep in bedroom because of reaction. Not sure how tech sprayed in bedroom but wondering if it was too much/on the bedding?
As always, Armando performs a top notch and thorough job and overall pest service. Please make sure he receives a terrific bonus so large that it totally delights, and if at all possible always schedule him as the tech for all future quarterly services at our home. Very please with aptive these days, so keep up the great work!

The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing as well as the pesticides he was using, and what pests they were for. I was very satisfied with the service.
I have been very pleased with Aaptive Pest control. They have never failed me. Emanuel called ahead. Understood my constant rodent problem repairing a trap and placing 2 more along with spraying. He was very pleasant to share my concerns making sure that I know to call in if any need arises.

I have always gotten excellent service from all Aptive technicians, but Quentin went the extra mile with my 12/15/20 service. He has serviced my home a number of times, and has performed a top notch job every time, but I could see that he made sure that a even stronger barrier was establish around the house. I truly appreciate the courtesy and consideration that he provides each time!
