We requested another service saying our spiders are alive and well. The technician came recently and stated that he understood that hornets or wasps were a problem here. When I made the request for an additional treatment, I made no mention of a wasp problem. (I was not here and my husband was.) The technician then left without doing any additional treatment for spiders. Communication is not good in your company and we still need treatment for only spiders. Isn't it reasonable to assume that when an additional treatment for spiders is requested, that that would be communicated? We are unhappy new customers of aptive.

I would appreciate knowing when my representative is here. I looked out the window, saw the truck and 3 minutes later when I made it outside, the truck was gone. That means he was here for at least a few minutes before I noticed him, and was gone by the time I could get to him. I had questions since we still have ants appearing in the kitchen (though not as many as before) and I found my first cricket (I HATE crickets!) downstairs this morning too. I am certainly happy he was here, but a conversation with him would have been more reassuring and if there are any more crickets that I find in the house, you WILL be getting a call back from me immediately.

The only comment I have is that the principal reason for his coming the second time was for wasps, that are not listed as being one of the targeted pests.

DaRon was a nice guy, but I am very displeased with the service your company has provided over the last few days. There seems to be some gaps in communication or lack or research before house visits.... 1) we requested tech to text my mother in law when he arrived. I called the day before and gave them this phone number which was noted on the account. We requested this since I would not be home but mother in law would be, with my baby who may or may not be sleeping (we didnt want him to ring door bell). He texted my phone which I didn't get until several hours after the visit and did not text hers. 2) the appointment was supposed to be the day prior, so we planned for someone to be... Read More
