I specifically requested the Technician to give me a heads up 30 minutes before arrival window of 8-10 AM. Didn't get that. And the Tech only spent 8 minutes in our property. I requested for spray inside the house but no no word from Tech. It was frustrating as I got up early to expect him and was waiting for his call since this is a new house we're having serviced just a block away. I had to call back 3 times to get another scheduled on Monday the 18th of January. Very frustrating and disappointing experience this time…Can't even get a hold of Alejandro...

David Sanchez was very friendly and thoroughly explained what treatments he was giving our yard today to get rid of the mice we've seen. He left us extra traps and gave tips of bait to use in the traps. We would like to request to have him Service our yard on a regular basis.
