I tried to give my technician a review so that he would receive his $5 bonus, but could not get access to the site. I believe his name is Auron and he serviced my house .
I hope that he can receive his bonus -- the service was done on 1/14/21.

James Nevels (or Nevils) was our technician. He did a wonderful job. He was very friendly, very polite. He seem to take extra steps to care for our property and did his best to remove all spiderwebs etc. even though there were a lot of things in his way. I certainly hope that you will give him the bonus for our service. I would love for him to be sent back to our property the next time if possible.

Anthony Portillo has been the best technician yet to comd to my house. I was surpriced to see him do some dusting or web cleaning that I hadn't seen anyone else do before spraying. I was thinking of canceling my account since it's almost been a year, but because of his service today I thought it might be worth keeping it a little longer. Thank you Anthony Portillo.

TL-Keaton Morell is an EXCEPTIONAL technician. He is very polite, punctual, and professional. He called me a 1/2 hour before he was going to arrive (as I requested so I could unlock the gate and close the doggie door), and he arrived exactly on time. Keaton was very cautious with this COVID pandemic, and when he arrived he was wearing his mask and he stood back 10 feet from my front door to talk to me. I TRULY, TRULY appreciated that. Linda Bellamy was an excellent technician. She went above and beyond what I expected. I was actually thinking about cancelling my service but if I get her again, I will most likely keep it. She gave me several helpful tips to keep my house bug free and was very courteous and kind. I was very pleased with her service today.
He supposedly was here today but we never saw him & we were home all day. However there was a paper from your company in our door.
