I Am beyond pissed that I am having to pay for service today! I asked before he started if I was going to get charged anything for today and he said “no I don’t think so” then I got an email saying I owed $99 I called customer service and they are “waving my cancellation fee” since “you didn’t know what you were signing a contract for” but they still preformed a service today, so I am expected to pay. The guy that came today should have made sure before he answered me because I would not have even had him complete service today! The customer service rep was rude and dismissive! I WILL NEVER use this company again!
