Friendly with myself, my son and even my dogs. He made sure to explain how and where the pests were getting in, and how the poison would work to stop them.
America! went above and beyond to do a great job with my Pest Control Service. He serviced the house outside and inside. He was very knowegeable, courteous and did a very detail, great job. I would like him as my Technician in the future. It is Technicians like America! that keep your company ratings so high. I have recommended Aptive to a few of my neighbors and they took my advice and are very pleased. Thank you Aptive and Technician America! for providing a GREAT service. Joseph Amara was very courteous and answered my questions as far as what he was going to do. I could tell he did a thorough job and even got some wasps nests off my garden shed.

Rigoberto Ortiz Godoy serviced our house and yard for pest control on Tuesday, 12/17/2019. I had cancelled my morning appointment with the Aptive office, but evidently he didn't get the message in time. When I got home from dropping my husband off at the hospital, he had been all around the house, knocking on doors, to see if anyone was home. He did a great job spraying inside and out, and even had to put up with my bad mood for a few minutes. It did take a while for him to get permission to change his schedule for the day. Good job, Rigoberto!!!
Favian was fantastic. Listened to me and prescribed accordingly. Best technician we’ve had!
Tech arrived on time and handled ant issue. I will follow up for return visit in two weeks.
Very poor customer experience.
When I started this yearly service, I confirmed with the person who helped me signing up that I want indoor and backyard service every single time. But last Saturday I was not notified by the service until it was finish and IT WAS ONLY A SERVICE FOR MY FRONTYARD.
I made a request to revisit the service, the guy on the phone told me that previous confirmations or notes would not valid. I MUST let them know I want indoor and backyard treatment EVERY SINGLE TIME before a service. He said someone would call me back about the revisit schedule, but I never received that phone call. The young man that came to our house was very professional very courteous and understood exactly what had to be done. He reassured that our issue would be under control.
