Mario was very professional and friendly. He took his time spraying to ensure he did the best job possible. We've had other technicians that were 'done' before we had realized they had even started! I would not only recommend but will definitely request Mario for our future services.
Alex was courteous, professional and detailed. He answered all our questions, treated our doors and windows, and took action to schedule a thorough spray barrier around our entire foundation. Due to predicted rain, this part of the service could not be performed today to avoid having the product washed out. We appreciate the high level of service that aptive delivers, and Alex is an outstanding representative of your company.
Brady was awesome! He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and gave me good information and feedback. He also helped me know what to do next and was very polite for the entire visit. Thanks Brady!
Mr. Hicks has always done a marvelous job for us. However, since we are currently having some financial problems, we are sorry to say we need to discontinue our services from Aptive. When things clear up (possibly this summer) we would like to call Aptive and schedule some appointments. Not sure when this can happen, but be assured we will call again. Hope you understand. The Aptive representative did a remarkable job. She was both proficient and personable in performing her job. She went the extra mile to address our special concerns. Two thumbs up!
Am pleased with Aptive’s response to a “critter” in the attic. Checked traps and told me what to look out for.
He was great in explaining what he was performing. He also didn't mind me asking questioned about his performance. He also has great mannerism.
Always calls ahead of time, arrives when he said he would, he removes his shoes or puts covers on them to make sure he doesn't bring in dirt from outside. He is so polite and considerate, I decided he deserves my time to write a review.
Wish all service people were like him!
