John was very professional & knowledgeable . He was very polite & answered the questions I asked
Great job done in the rain. We have had a go around with the ants and Quam was on top of them. Excellent service.
He is very helpful and will explain in detail any questions that you may have. Very sweet person, very good at his job.
Preston did and outstanding job. Preston was very polite. Preston took his time and new exactly what to do. When inside he wore his cover shoes to protect the carpet. When he finished he ask what else he could do for me.

Mr. Shaw was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what was expected. He checked all the gross crevices where critters hide to make sure they don’t venture in. He without a doubt deserves the bonus. I cannot open survey on my phone because it says it’s an insecure website

John has been here before. He is always polite, thorough, and asks questions when needed to ensure he completes areas the customer wants done. If only all techs, from all service industries were as concerned as John.

Jimmy Cowan answered my call to Aptive for help with a mouse in my kitchen and came out this afternoon to set a trap or two. Well Jimmy, at 7pm I heard a loud snap in the kitchen drawer and guess what . . . there was a mouse in each trap. Now I'm wondering if there are more, seeing as how the little buggers ate a 1/2 bag of those little pretzels. I need you to come back and set some more traps for me. . . Please.
After reviewing what was said to have been performed and based on the short amount of time the technician was at my residence. I question just how thorough a job was performed or the areas actually treated. I did not see him nor did my dog respond to him being in the back yard. Additionally, after walking around the house I saw no evidence of the back yard being treated. Finally, as a customer I would expect to be informed that treatment or service was complete and not just see the tech drive off.
Steven did an excellent job. He is very kind and works dilligently.
Tom came back to finish my yard and was a great sport. The office had not called me to let me know he was coming so we could have had an incident with my dogs. But I was able to control them with my voice and nothing happened. Tom was great when they came rushing out he just kept doing the job, like they were not even there. I liked him and was glad all went well.
