They're detailed, so I hope you got them, so I don't have to repeat them. One point I should repeat: I think you could film his visits here and use them for training. Not only does he cheerfully perform unscheduled tasks at my request, he doesn't allow our (often annoying pets to disturb his cheerfulness.). I am sorry I do not know his name. He was at my home on Gatewood Dr.,North Ridgeville, on 1/23/20 about 5:25pm. He was very good at addressing all my rodent problems in my pantry. The next morning in the pantry we had a deceased mouse!!! Thank you so much. This gentleman was very polite and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR!!!

Kember Ford was amazing. I was not home so she started on the outside of the house. I was in a hurry cause my dog was lost and was just dropped off at the animal shelter. I explained and she quickly finished the inside of the house in order for me to leave to retrieve my dog. As I was leaving she expressed her concern and hope of me finding my dog. I appreciate the sentiments she conveyed. It showed that though her job was to spray my house and she didn't have to care about my other issue. I truly appreciate her show of humanity.
