I am not sure how the service was, I was not home. When we signed up for the service I asked to have the technician call when he was coming, for last minute instruction and so I could close off our dog door. There are mouse traps set up in our crawl space and my husband always has to check them. We only had one technician that called first and diligently checked our traps and added more. We also have had Stink bugs in our first floor and lower level. Also we have had ants in our lower level.

Miguel Oquendo is an excellent technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was proactive about making sure we didn't need additional service unlike other technicians who did the minimum and left. We highly recommend him.
