Paul was very courteous and professional. After asking if we had special problems with any specific pests, he worked quickly and thoroughly.
Did a thorough job. Asked if there were any concerns and I advised that there were none. He was very professional.

The technician, Francisco Martinez, was friendly and professional. He explained what he he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns or questions?
I don’t think I have ever rate any of the technicians because they always do what is expected and I’m happy with Aptive. I’m rating the technicians now because they did something over what was expected. They brushed the cobwebs off the patio chairs and the walls without being told. That was nice. Both technicians were nice that’s why I offered them ginger ale. Also, Chris insisted to open a window for ventilation where my daughter with asthma was staying. All other technicians never said anything about that. They always said it was fine as long as they don’t touch it. Thank you Chris and friend. Sorry I didn’t get his name. More power to you guys and to Aptive.
Carlos is very knowledgeable. He is also good at explaining what and why he is doing. I learned a lot from his service.
No one ever came. I have a dog in the backyard and I’ve been home entire time. I got charged $135 for free, this is a complete rip off and I need my money back or you’ll be hearing from my lawyer.
Today service was so helpful, performed by Terrence as he is such a nice and respectful guy. Very happy with Aptive Environmental.
