I wasn’t present at the time of the service but according to my wife the top deck wasn’t completed. Tech indicated he would be unable to complete the top deck due to the use of powder. The service was incomplete.

Your technician that came out today was AWESOME! He did an extensive investigation of our problem, treated the issues, and explained everything clearly and professionally.

Devin has treated our home the last 3 times or so. He always lets me know he is going to be treating the house (rings the doorbell and stands 6 feet away) and is always very courteous. He performs his tasks exactly as he should, including the garage, where accessible. When he is done, he lets me know he is finished, that we should keep the dog inside until the pesticide has dried and that I can close the garage. Again, very courteous. The treatments seem to be doing better than our previous provider also. We are very pleased with the service that Devin and Aptive provides. Thank you.

Jerry Gaiters did great work today with the weather conditions from the snow we received. He didn't let that stop him from doing getting around the exterior of the house even with the gate not having much room to open. Chris M.

I had service on the date listed, but not by this agent. The pictures on the report of my service is not for my home. I also got a 30 min pre-arrival call 1 hour after my agent had arrived to do my service. What's up with you all??
