I honestly can't wait for my contract to end with this company. Had to have several treatments redone and never makes a difference. Today they said they came out, but no one knocked, rang the door Bell, and the dog didnt react at all which makes it very suspicious that anyone was even here. Cant trust if the work is ever really completed, ever.

Technician was great. I believe we need to get a plan to take out the moles and voles. They are destroying my lawn and flower beds. This is the reason I hired Aptive. Please advise what action plan is Thanks John E. Negray

Shaun (sp??) is an excellent technician who always rings my doorbell to announce his presence and to ensure he understands if I have any specific requests. He goes about his business professionally and efficiently. Shaun always wraps up his visit with a signature and he answers any questions about the applications or the expected results of the treatments until I am satisfied that I understand what and why of the applications.
