Anthony Harrison did a great job today! He was thorough and explained everything perfectly. He did a double check on the ant treatment to make sure we were safe to use it around the cat.
All of the technicians we've had have been wonderful. Aptive has a great crew!
Shout out to Will Hicks. He applied our treatment on 2/27 in a cold, blowing snow storm.
This was the most thorough service that we have had. Wonderful job and he was knowledgeable and helpful with our needs.

He did a great job! When I mentioned that I had seen some bees near my back door, he took the time to search for a hive.
Customer service at aptive has always been excellent. Christian McNabb was really nice and thorough! He did a really good job on the outside of the house and spent more time focusing on specifics than other techs in the past. I was really happy with the service!
My technician did a great job with the service. He advised of what service he provided as well as what pest he targeted. He was very customer service oriented. I wish I could say that he did a great job, but I was not home until right before his departure. So I don't know. I had called Aptive on Tuesday to arrange for service in the morning and after checking schedules I was assured he would be at my house around 10a.m. I told my neighbor to leave his gate unlocked that morning so that Aptive could spray my house from his property. (My wall is also the property line in patio home construction.) Nobody showed up and I had to leave at 11:15. When I came home at 1:15 he had not yet arrived.
