Tech did a good job but I didn't get an notification in advance he was coming. I would like the opportunity to plan if inside treatment needed. I was headed out to work when he arrived.

per the techs notes he sprayed inside for insects......NO he never came inside!!!!!!! is this just a cover letter that is typed on every receipt? If so i dont appreciate it!!!!!!

Refused to go into a open crawl space when I requested someone who would. Told me they aren’t allowed to. Then charged me extra money for a “trap”. Absolute waste of time. All of your techs that I have worked with are liars as frauds. Same with this company. Sales guy told me the sprays are 120% safe for my dogs. He lied.
