Ferney did a great job in explaining things to me about the little bugs and why I had a few mice i caught in the house. The bait station was empty. Told to check it every month by Aptive. Thanks for the great service.

Jason did a great job! He sprayed for ants and spiders without being asked which I greatly appreciated, as I have plenty of both. I asked him to come in and bait a couple of kitchen electrical outlets where the ants really come from and he was happy to do that as well. Very personable, he was awesome to work with. If possible I would like for him to do my next appointment as well.

We are usually never home, however we do have cameras around our home and we can see that he always does a very thorough job and is considerate of our property. When we have had him come inside he’s always been professional. It’s nice to know when we’re not Ho e we have a technician that we can trust CARRIE COFFMAN
