I would have liked him to have spray the whole lawn and not just the spots I discussed I was having a problem with

Person was rude. He did not have a good Customer Service. He did not complete the treatment as it has to be. Terrible agent! Now i have to call back again to request a new visit, as he didn't do anything!!! Very disappointing!

I recently went outside to check on the spiders that were supposed to be removed. It seems as though the technician did nothing. There are massive webs still around the house and on light fixtures in the front. I am very disappointed with all of the treatments we have received as they do not seem to work. I will be calling tomorrow to rectify this situation because I am fed up. What am I paying for?

He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He was thorough and did as much as he could outside since he was restricted from going inside at this time. I will need someone to return to take care of my indoor problems whenever it becomes possible to do so. Thank you, Michelle McLaughlin

Could not really answer as to when I should let pets back out, even though it has been intermittently raining all day long. Did not let us know when he was finished, except that I happened to look out front when he drove away.
