Thomas is always has a smile on his face, polite, friendly and very thorough when taking care of the yard. He is the only one who has not sprayed my windows on my patio with bug spray. Thomas has been to my home several times and is always the same thoughtful person. If I could have him be my permanent exterminator it would be perfect.

Christian treated my home yesterday 3/25. He did an amazing job - thoroughly inspected all areas. He inspected the following areas: the foundation, the eves, the deck, and the yard. He removed webs from the following areas: the eves and around the home. He applied insecticide barrier treatment to: the foundation, the deck, and the perimeter. He inspected the yard and spot treated areas of activity accordingly. Where else would you get this complete service??? Thanks Aptive :)

I don’t usually write reviews... BUT I had to!! Antonio came to my house to help with a potential pest issue. He was fantastic! He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained the best course of action, answered all of my questions. He was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel like me as a customer/my home was important... and not like “ just another appointment he had to get done”. I wanted to make sure that Aptive knows how great of an employee that they have

Did a complete and thorough job. Treated the block walls and other areas where scorpions tend to migrate. Aptive has been very responsive to any requests for follow up service between scheduled visits should any unwanted visitors show up.
