All the Aptive techs are careful and customer service oriented. However, Steve is the best! He literally chased down two different issues and spent the time to show me where he had treated, with what (and why), what to expect in the next few weeks etc. He knows his stuff!!

Kyle C was our technician. We were on work calls and were unable to have direct contact with him. He must have spent 45 minutes at our home outside in the extreme cold. He took pictures and sent us an email showing us the work. After all that, he pulled our trash cans to the side of our house. Best tech ever!! Thank you so much Kyle!! We really appreciate you!!
