We love the service we have had with Aptive since we started last year. Today we had Technician Nyquan Shaw who was very professional and rang the door bell and asked us if there was anything we needed addressed and that he was here to complete the service. I did not answer the door when he rang the doorbell because I was still in my pjs. I saw him using a broom around my front door. I made toast and poured a cup of coffee and sat down in my living room. I don’t have window covering on the living room windows. I didn’t see him or hear him at the back of my house at all. Usually I can hear them using the broom and some small bangs when they go around and treat my house. I heard nothing and saw no one. When I got a text message from him it was approximately 4-5 min. from the time the doorbell rang. We have been customers for a few years and have been very satisfied. I still give you a five rating because this is our first complaint.

I'm not happy with the service, I can't tell any difference in the treatment from before I signed up for the service. This was my third treatment, after my next treatment in June/July timeframe, I WILL NOT renew my service contract. I DO NOT want any Aptiva personnel to come back and I don't want to be billed anymore after my last $89.00 payment is made.
