Technicians did not apply granules to the rock areas in the front yard; technician did not spray the columns of our cinder block walls, even though I had expressed concerns of seeing scorpions lately on and around the walls; technician was obviously not paying attention when spraying because I found one of my tortoises resting in a puddle of spray that was in line with the area that was treated, he must have blindly sprayed under an area with the wand.
No communication with the owner at all. Poor service from this company. They say that they did the exterior and if I want interior service, I need to make arrangement with them. I pay for exterior and interior, Whats the point of doing the exterior only when the cockroaches and all the bugs are inside the house. I still see some cockroaches inside the house inspite of already 2 visits.
Once again, wonderful service! Thorough and efficient. Took care of everything around the house.
When technician arrived at the house he communicated well with me. Polite and respectful.

I tried not to submit a rating with my most recent visit, but I will say your exterminators are always courteous.
I reported before this most recent visit that I had seen silverfish, stinkbugs, roaches inside my home, and now, ants climbing on several surfaces and locations on my exterior walls. Also, today I found an active wasp nest by my backdoor. If things do not improve, I will need to cancel my membership with your company. I realize you are unable to enter our homes right now, but you should be able to address the insects moving all around my exterior walls and I assume into my home/attic. Please address these problems asap. Thank you
