William was very professional at his arrival, asked great questions on any concerns we may have and attended to two items we needed looked at. He investigated the two matters completely and addressed them. His expertise and advice were excellent. Great technician!

Adam was awesome and went above and beyond. He also found out the guy that came out during the first visit didn't put the boxes around the houses. He was also very thorough with the details and I was extremely satisfied.. I would recommend Adam receive the $5.00 bonus but when I go to the link I receive the error message.

Polite at first. However when leaving, Technician drove off driveway doing some damage and did not report it to me. He was able to drive out somehow and left. I was watching from my house so saw this. I called customer service and got an unsatisfactory response. I was told an email would be sent to a supervisor but have heard nothing. This happened 2/22/2021. This is only partially a complaint against the technician. It is a major complaint against company wide policies. I would never recommend Aptive to anyone. Unless I receive a satisfactory response.

Why didn’t the technician come inside? I have asked over and over for the technician to come inside EACH time they service my home. I even called the morning of the service to remind the technician to service the inside. The person who answered the phone said he would make sure to deliver the message to the technician. I’m always dissatisfied with this company.

Victor did a good job! Victor answered quickly to questions asked and came back to spray inside the house. Contract to spray in and out of the house was done perfectly.
