I am sorry I didn't get to talk to our technician this time--was on a zoom call, but my husband saw him wiping down spider webs which we really appreciate! Everything looks great and we're very pleased! Thanks!

Michael is my technician here at my home, I happen to have an in home daycare so when he makes the kids laugh its nice. They always ask what's he doing, I say he is taking care of our stink bugs and stinging wasps. They know what bugs are so I think they appreciate him as much as I do.

Dion's arrival was noted by my part German Shepard dog, who from the back yard fence was anxious to let everyone know that someone was in her yard (she is on guard most of the day). Dion simply continued his work and I let the dog in and opened the garage so he could more easily access the back yard. Dion did a thorough job from what I can tell and I appreciate him doing that.
