Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I was very pleased with the speed that Choice Home Warranty passed off my claim to someone to get it resolved. I called in the morning and by mid morning I had a call back from a company that was given my claim.
They were very kind and dependable. They responded in a reasonable amount of time.
I called and filed acclaim they were friendly and helpful. I had someone scheduled the same day to come out to look at my air conditioner.
An approved repair person was contacted quickly for which I made an appointment. The dispatched repair person arrived in a timely fashion and diagnosed the problem. My one caveat is that I did not hear from the repair person for greater than one week. He has ordered a part and once received will hopefully make the needed repair.
The process with Choice is so easy. The company that came out to fix my dishwasher were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
My dishwasher hummed and went through all of its cycles however no water had been released.
I called Choice Home's and received approval for a appliance technician to come and repair or replace. Within 24 hours of making the call my dishwasher was fixed and working perfect.
