Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Very well satisfied with the work done. The plumber was timely and efficient.
tech arrived at appointed time checked problems repaired problems. Dressed neatly and acted properly.
I never had a problem with choice when I call they always send someone .
I called for couple of service (Microwave & Dishwasher) , the technician came in two days for inspect and Choice approved for the fix with in 30 minutes. Very Good service from Choice. Keep it up.
I don't have a lot of positive things to say. I asked that a claim be given to a company that was currently working on another claim at my address. I was told that could not be done "for a number of reasons" which could not be explained at the time. I arrange to have the work done with a reimbursement and after notifying CHW they still assigned the job to another company. A company assigned to fix my dryer did not arrive during the window I was given. After I contacted them and left a message, I received a call stating the tech was having car trouble. Our disposal began malfunctioning on December 24th. I waited till after Christmas to call it in because I do not wan to be bothered with it. My call on the 26th was handeled efficiently and my disposal was replaced on the 27th.
The response was fast and the service was thorough and done to perfection. I could not have asked for more.
The service is professional and courteous. They provide a claim number, so you can track your service order. They came in within the time frame provided and made our repair within 30 minutes.
I have 5 warranty contracts with Choice. Luckily, I have not had many times the problems of repair. But I have had at least one needed service for each of the 5 houses in the last three years.
Each incident Choice responded with a capable technician. The warranty coverage was fair and reasonable. My contract with Choice provides security and comfort with budget issues and concern for unexpected expenses. Very pleased with the service.
Bill did a great job, He came early on the 27Dec rather than waiting until Monday day to fix my leak under the sink. New disposal was in and 295 dollars later I was sorted.
