Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

My AC went out and someone was there to repair it early Saturday morning, without hesitation. That means a lot especially when your child has Asthma.
I called about my dryer not getting hot and in a day and half technician was out and diagnosed the problem. He was very nice and is getting me the part and should be up and running soon. Calling and getting a technician out was easy and Choice made sure I was in the loop with update emails. I am very happy that I am with this company

Quick and easy, one call and the AC tech was on site, fixed the problem and the AC is working great.
I got warranties for several apts I own. had a problem with a/c in mid May. The first contractor tried to rip me off by claiming the warranty did not apply and demanded a large deposit 2 days after my claim. we complained and warranty was upheld but spent over an hour on hold w/ Choice. Then contractor came back and reassessed damage to be double and demanded a deposit. Because tenant needed a/c we agreed and sent a deposit . Work never doen. after 5 days on hold total of 6 hours w/ Choice. we got 2nd contractor who gave a lower estimate with no deposit. we weretold first contractor dismissed from Choice . Not true. I thank God that I have CHW because my Garage door would not go down and few days later a pipe broke in the ceiling and at the same my bathroom hot water line begain to leak and CHW was there to save me. Thank you CHW the service was great .

After reading the reviews that I should have read before I choose this company and I see that I am not the only one that think that Choice Home Warranty are complete scammers they do answer their phones speed lightning when you are requiring about a home warranty coverage but once they sucker you in and you finally need file a claim you better kick back and take the week off from work they will give you the run around. There customer service is "horrible" they are the rudest people ever they talk to you like you are stupid almost made me want to get on a plane and go to their location and....... I have had Choice home warranty for about 6 months now and I am completely happy with my choice. I have called them to help with 2 separate issues and both have been resolved effectively and quickly. The customer service was very helpful and friendly and the contractors I feel went above and beyond to help with my problems. I have actually referred a couple of my friends to Choice.
We recently had our ceiling fans checked as they making a clicking sound that was getting on my last nerve!
The repairman arrived on time and was very helpful and checked all the fans. He discovered the source of the noise which was the wiring on the top of the fan where it connects to the ceiling.
He re-positioned those specific wires now we have peace and (cool) quiet.
