Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Prestige plumbing was expedient on coming out to service our home, very courteous and professional!
I was hung up on when I tried calling to report the work order needed. However when I went to the web site I was able to schedule the appointment. I was in touch with the technician and he was at our home the next day to look things over. The work has not been completed yet, however he has followed up with the plan and progress of ordering parts etc
The property is a vacation rental and I used a local repair man. Choice reimbursed me once I e-mail the service charge. Great company to work with in a remote location.

E & E Elite services responded to my call for a garage door problem within one hour and they immediately came to my house to fix the issue, They were very professional and expedient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My under-sink garbage disposal unit (insinkerator) got leak and I called choice home warranty. The response was pretty quick. With 24 h, they sent a local contractor to my home, inspected the unit and promptly replaced it within 1 hour. The contractor was cordial and did an excellent work. Overall 5 stars!!
Upon calling and submitting my claim they gave me a claim number & stated I would receive a call within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. The company called within an hour and they actually would have come out that day had my scheduled aloud it. The company was professional & worked around my schedule! Choice Home Warranty is excellent. Upon purchasing our home it had a warranty for two years with a different company. Having had to call them 3 different times for issues it always took at least 2 weeks to have someone come out & only after I complained! Wow, glad I made the switch!
The job for my plumbing situation was handled quickly and promptly.I got a response within hours after placing a claim. They came within the two hour time slot. Customer service was courteous.Thank you.
