Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

Technician diagnosed the problem with the wash machine not draining water.
Found replacement switch available at a nearby location and went to get it and install it.
Was back up and working again after his visit.
Even recommended a cleaner to add to the machine to get rid of the smell of the standing water that was in the machine.
Two cleaning cycles and it was fresh and ready to work again.
Great customer service, quick reaction to your problem and the tech sent to fix the problem were professional.
Choice home warranty was Excellent in listening to my need and within an hour I had a phone call with a repair person here the next hour. They even called back to make sure I was satisfied.
They came the next day to repair a garage door that wouldn't close. I felt a little foolish when the service rep quickly fixed it by simply adjusting the electronic eye sensor. I was elated when he showed my how to adjust it myself the next time and then stayed to oil/adjust the entire door system.
I had my water heater go out. Called to get a tech out. The same tech who does my annual inspections and maint., two months prior to it going out said it was fine. Sent his report in and I was told it would not be covered due to lack of maint. I sent them copies of inspections for previous 3 years, still denied claim.
The representative that took our claim was very nice and friendly and really cared that we had an issue. We were relieved to finally have a warranty company that cared about their customers after the sale of the policy. I would recommend Choice Home Warranty to whoever shopping for one.
I bought Choice Home Warranty for five of my rental properties. The technicians and Choice Home Warranty always tried to invalidate my claims. It is very hard to get a coverage. You have to talk to them hours complaining about the problem, especially for big repairs like AC units. Try to avoid this company. Don't be talked into buying long term contract. I bought three years, and tried to cancel them after one year, they would not make a refund. It is like a con company after dealing with them for the past three years.

I had ac condenser motor not working call Chw , the send ac company for review on July 4 , next the ask for serial number to fix the problem I found this as well , after submission they refuse stating I manufactured warranty I did not , Ithr company they send lost my motor , they refuse claim after 4 days, I live in chandler az with temp 110-115 , normal people with sense of responsibility do not animal like that , I am disable to harasses me and my family, stress and financial, I have to pay for fixing over $390 , I recommend please do not buy home warranty by CHW , looking at bbb they have 16 good review and 500 bad review , the company fine by judge in $800000 for false ads and lack of... Always check better business bureau (bbb) before looking at choice home warranty. My 16-hour experience of having choice home warranty was atrocious. Previously, i was recommended to seek coverage through choice home warranty so i decided to give them a try. When i spoke with the sales agent (damian royce) everything seemed perfect, almost like i just landed on the greatest opportunity for additional coverage for my first home purchase.
