Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

I has issues with my septic tank and had revees come to fix it. However i had more issues and contacted choice and with in 48 hr of my first call the matter has been fixed better than ever before. Thank you.
After calling with an HVAC issue, I was assigned a contractor very quickly to address the issue. Then that contractor was able to resolve that issue on the first visit. Very good overall experience.
First Home warrenty I purchased.
When I had a problem. I called and with one day a company was dispatced for me. They called and set my appt. of my choice. Upon the repair man coming fixed what needed without the runaround.

I was a bit pessimistic due to past experiences with other home warranty companies before calling for a service request. When I called Choice Home Warranty, I received excellent service in getting a technician assigned. The technician was booked for the weekend but was able to come first thing on Monday morning. He was super courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was testing for and was able to contact CHW for confirmation of being covered. He completed the job in a few hours and our refrigerator was fixed. I would highly recommend CHW to anyone needing a home warranty and especially for anyone who had bad experiences with other companies.
Doing a good job is not always about impressive innovation. Sometimes it is only about doing something with plain dedication. Well done. Choice Home Warrant's work and commitment to quality is the only way to be truly satisfied, i believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
The response to our issue was rapid and efficient. Within a day or two the technician contacted us to arrange a visit to take care of our problem. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the necessary steps to arrange to get parts to repair our washer

My experience with Choice Home Warranty has always been excellent. They have responded immediately when they receive my claim. All their technicians are courteous and very knowledgeable.
Save yourself the trouble, your money and aggravation, and go elsewhere. Customer service keeps you waiting for 30 minutes of more. The companies they send out are only looking to jack up the prices, deny service and charge service calls anyway. I found better service, prices and fair estimates with companies not associated with choice home warranty.
Issue with disposal . Called choice , they sent contact info of plumber next day . Contacted him and he came in scheduled time n repaired it .
