Please reach out to us asap. We are having an extremely hard time with Geico's insurance adjuster. Rudeness, lack of professionalism, refusing to negotiate, bullying us & our chosen auto body location, bullying us to move our truck to his chosen auto body place 30 miles from us, downgrading parts on a new truck. Unacceptable behavior & lying about his knowledge etc, etc
GEICO is a bad company that doesn't care about their customers that have had GEICO for many years. I don't have any accidents or tickets, but this company increases their price every time. I have had a 2 year old lease car this is new car and have to be have discounts, but GEICO every time after passed 2 year increases their price. I spoke to different auto insurgence company and they not do this.

I'm cancelling my policy with Geico, the worst company EVER!!! My daughter was rear ended by a hit-and run driving, we were told by Geico they will not cover the damages because the state of California doesn't cover hit and run accident, because we didnt have the other driver's info. How could we get the drivers info when they are speeding away!!!!! No one ever explained this "so called clause" with us they just took our money every month and now when we will need them we get "sorry we cant help you" oh but make sure you pay us next month. I applied and paid for insurance with this company and per a week later I hit a deer and they refuse to cover my claim. Investigator Gibbs interrogated me as if I as a criminal. He closed my claim stated it was due to me canceling when I didn’t. They took my money or the insurance and didn’t honor my claim. They do these interrogation and cohesion to ppl to keep from paying out claims to their customers. If I could’ve not hit the deer I would have done tat but I wasn’t going to kill myself trying I’m disappointed and angry with Geico and their poor service of how they treat their customers like criminals. Its kinda like 1930s They get a piece of the pie...for a lemonade stand they want $2000 more for me using my car per year...Kinda like give me cash and your can do it..Extortion...plain an simple
gieco insurance is a ripoff I have a 04 Subaru Forester with over 200k on the clock bare bones insurance for 6 month policy is just over 1000.00$ a total ripoff I found much cheaper insurance elsewhere that more in line with the price I want rather than gettin the shaft from gieco total waste of money for bare bones insurance on a older car with over 200k on the clock

I am not coming back to this insurance, instead of heaving people who can direct you and guide you.
They have many untrained people.

I have been with GEICO for over 20 years. I had one accident in 1999 in Hawaii (no fault state) and my second In September, 2018 in California in which I BARELY tapped a drivers bumper (absolutely no damage to his vehicle - not a single scratch), but he still made a claim & they paid $1100 and then raised my rate by an extra $400/year = 40% for 3 years. I could have just paid out of pocket and would have been better off !! I was told that they do not have accident forgiveness and there was nothing they could do to decrease my rate b/c 1) I filed an "at fault" claim, 2) I now have 1 point and 3) am now considered a "high risk driver". Bye Bye GEICO.
RUN DON'T WALK away from this insurance!! Yes it is cheaper than some. It's fine when you don't have an accident but once you do they are terrible. I had a driver run into me at a stop light. The driver also has Geico. She totaled her lexus and my explorer had damage. This was in June of 2018. Today April 24 there has still been no payment on the medical bills. I am getting lets and threats from the Hospital and drs. Jackee Davis told me I did not have injuries from the accident and refused to pay any PT. She told me a month after the accident that Geico would not pay for medical bills. We have switched insurance. I still have pain in my neck and shoulders. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
My experience with Geico has been nothing but a fiasco. Claim filed 01/06/19, it is now 04/12/19 with no claim settlement in sight. I filed a complaint with my state insurance commissioner which led nowhere except to have a charming conversation with a claims adjuster manager "Dale" that reiterated his corporation's stance and began strongarm tactics to get me to close my claim out or risk having it cancelled due to "lack of interest". The vehicle was undervalued and the parts and labor for the few months prior were compensated at less than 10% of the original cost. $3000 of repairs were compensated at a pittance with less than 5k miles and 3 months between the accident and the work... I was a customer of geico for 6 years. I asked for a better premium many times from them. they could not compete. I found other insurance. I cancelled a month after my renewal and they charged me 10% of my total premium which was $750 dollars. they did not respect my loyalty and business which i gave them for 6 years and basically stole my money. They will not give it back. Just because its in their contract doesn't mean its a good idea to treat your customers like that. Very unfair. I'm very dis satisfied. I call them thieves since they are taking money they did not earn.
Got into an accident with a Geico covered driver. He claims I turned right into him from center lane while he was in right lane. Actual story: we were both in right lane with him behind but he tried to get ahead of me by getting onto right shoulder to speed ahead. Unfortunately he didn’t see there was already someone sitting on the shoulder until too late so to avoid directly rear ending THAT driver, he turns left into me. Police arrived to take report with one officer taking statements from other driver and her partner getting my statements. Is bad company and just take money and do not give anything and bad customer service.
Hello, recently I became geicos customer, I’m extremely disappointed how agent lied to me, he calculated price based on my information and gave me a monthly payment amount, after first month I received almost double monthly payment, based on the same information. I’m very mad and not recommend anyone your service!
I’ve had Geico for 5 years. One old car is insured with liability and a new truck with full coverage.
My husband got one speeding ticket a couple of months ago, 64 in a 55, And our Insurance went up $23 a month!
One ticket in 5 years, nothing else. No accidents, nothing!
I’m getting quotes from other companies now. We didn’t receive one decrease in the price of our policy for all those years with a good driving record but they are sure willing to raise it fast!
This has been a nightmare for me. A month has gone by, they just started a claim against the uninsured driver who hit MY parked car, and they say I don't have basic insurance coverage ? I'm making double car payments now, when this uninsured driver totalled my car !!
I was with Geico for years and had no issues until my car got stolen. One of the worst experiences I had with them. They made me wait for days with no vehicle to rent a car and I had the rental coverage. My claims agent hardy EVER answered and had to leave constantly leave a messages. They were very unorganized giving me contradicting information. Then once they found my car I asked if I could buy it back, they were rude and immediately told me NO as my claim was closed. They told me two different things and completely shut me off. Horrible experience. They took my money for years but once I had to submit a claim they completely changed for the worst.
Geico took advantage of my young daughter who is just starting out in life. They talked her into closing a claim before she should have.
Excellent customer service and have always been a great help for us when things have gone wrong with vehicles
