So far I am satisfied, a bit pricey but very fast to route you for your car repairs. I have the bad luck of always getting my cars punched while I am in parking lot shopping or even parked in my apartment community. Sorry but I am not driving my car with fenders , door dents side swiping. They were fast to pay my car repair.

I purchased Esurance because I like the financial model of limiting your overhead as it relates to insurance. Quantitative analysis can do most of the heavy lifting these days. That said, I can't remember the last time I needed to file a claim. We had a simple comprehensive claim that would've been resolved in a few days. Instead the implication that I couldn't use my coverage because I couldn't verify there was road debris is simply bad service. They transferred the claim expenses back to our family only a few days after we paid a very pricey premium for the type of vehicle I own while they "look into it." Huh? I just started with Esurance and have saved a bundle. I was with the same agent at State Farm for decades, but it didn't save me a dime, although she was very capable and personable. Esurance was easy to secure and the agent and I got along great. (That's important when I'm signing my life away. )
