I had a very pleasant experience with Berkshire Hatahaway. I won't go into details, but we found that some insurance we had purchased did not provide the coverage we thought it did. They offered us a full refund.

We bought travel insurance prior to a 6 week trip to Indonesia. We are Sr citizens (age 71 and 68). During our time in Bali my husband had to go to the hospital. We filed our claim upon return 5/24. We received our reimbusement within 2 weeks for our medical expenses.
I am so grateful we decided to buy travel insurance and I definitely would recommend Alliance.
