Upon application I was told I was eligible for their promotion they were running for refinancing, but then after the loan closed I was then told I did not finance enough, and that the rep I spoke with was wrong. I was promised a gift card if I refinanced with them, and then once the deal closed it was not honored. Bait and switch.
